Pamela Vega Sanchez


Pamela has been providing therapeutic massage services to the Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley communities since 2009.  She is very proud to bring therapeutic massage to a level of excellence; accommodating you and your health concerns with strong dedication and education. Pamela incorporates a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and orthopedic massage techniques into each treatment to provide the best experience and results for each client’s individual needs.  She offers detoxifying and hydrating body treatments, hot stone, and prenatal massage as well.  Whether you need to relax or are looking for pain relief, you have come to the right place.

Stephanie Manion



Stephanie Manion, BS, LMT graduated from The Brian Utting School of Massage in 1997. She specializes in Deep Tissue, NMT (Neuromuscular Technique), Sports Massage, Injury Assessment and Treatment, M.E.T. (Muscle Energy Technique), Prenatal and Oncology Massage. As a fitness enthusiast and A.C.E. Certificated Personal Trainer, Stephanie recommends and demonstrates specific stretches and exercises post-session to optimize form, function and range of motion. She was a senior instructor at The Brian Utting School of Massage/Cortiva for 7 years and a WA State Mental Health Professional for 10 years. She holds a B.S. in Biology and Minor in Psychology.

Stephanie is pleased to offer an active duty military, police and fire discount in memory of her father who was Chief Investigator of Police and an Air Force Veteran.
